Der Verschleiß bzw. die Bruchlast unserer Produkte ist von vielen Parametern abhängig. Grundsätzlich haben unsere Gummiseile eine Dehnung von ca. 100 %. Die Haltbarkeit ist hier von Faktoren wie Vorspannung und der Häufigkeit der Dehnung abhängig. Aber auch Faktoren wie Feuchtigkeit und Temperatur haben teilweise einen erheblichen Einfluss auf das Kraft-/Dehnungsverhalten. Zusätzlich hat die Reibung an unseren Produkten Einfluss auf die Haltbarkeit.

Produkte aus 6 mm Gummiseil haben grundsätzlich, in Bezug auf o. a. Faktoren, einen geringeren Verschleiß aufgrund der höheren Masse. Die Ermüdung der Kraft/Dehnung erfolgt unter gleichen Voraussetzungen später wie bei Produkten aus 4 mm Gummiseil.

Eine Sicherheit in Höhe von 20 % ist in jedem Fall einzurechnen.

Wir empfehlen bei allen Produkten, insbesondere bei Verwendung im Außenbereich, eine dreimonatige Sichtprüfung der Funktionsprüfung.
